  • A short discussion of the different stages involved in the Recruitment Process:-
  • Understanding:– Evaluating the of job openings and understanding the client organization with regard to the existing business model, growth plans, reporting structure and administrative relationships.
  • Mapping Exercise:– at this stage we carry out industry specific research in order to identify the key competencies, such as job title, principal job responsibilities, deliverables, compensation package, current reporting relationships, job location, and other vital information.
  • Specific Sourcing Strategy:– We prepare a target list of competitors and companies from which to identify and by effectively utilizing our industry reach, well-built database and at times by advertisement we develop a list of the most appropriate candidates.
  • Preliminary Interviews:– We shortlist prospective candidates on the basis of work experience, qualifications, informal reference checks, competence to the role offered and cultural fitment. We establish contacts to identify their interests and detailed information is provided about job openings and a structured evaluation is conducted to determine the profile match.
  • Final Short listing:– The final short listing is performed on the basis of preliminary interview feedback and the highly competent profiles will be shared with the clients along with the necessary information.
  • Negotiations and Offer:– We actively participate in the negotiation process, with a thorough understanding of clients compensation policy and with the results of our extensive compensation & benefits survey we are able plan and discuss a competitive package.
  • Remain in touch:– Post joining we remain in absolute touch with both the candidates and clients so as to ensure a smooth transition.
