"Our success is best reflected through the success achieved by our clients and candidates."
Recruitment (Placement) refers to the generally procedure of attracting, selecting and appointing appropriate candidates to one or more jobs within an organization, either permanent or temporary. The tenure may sometimes be defined as incorporating actions which take place ahead of attracting people, such as significant the job requirements and individual requirement, as well as after the individual has joined the organisation, such as introduction and on boarding.
Depending on the volume and practices of the organization, employment may be undertaken in-house by managers, human resource generalists and/or recruitment/placement specialists. On the other hand, parts of the procedure may be undertaken by public-sector employment agency, commercial recruitment agencies, or specialist search consultancies.
"Recruitment is a linear process, where employers resource candidates for the existing vacancies. This approach is reactive in its nature, therefore leads to increased time-to-hire and cost-to-hire."
